This week, we’re kicking off the kindness!!! Monday 2/9 is the first day of Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) week which is being celebrated all over the world from February 9-15.

Random Acts of Kindness week challenges us (students and staff) to go out of our way to help others or make another person’s day special, and not expect anything in return.
Let’s use this week to step out of our normal routine and attempt a new random act of kindness each day this week. We are collecting the following items for the SPCA:
SPCA Wish List
– Sheets, Towels, Blankets (Old or New)
– Garbage Bags (large and kitchen)
– Liquid Laundry Detergent
– Antibacterial Dish Soap
– Dog and Cat Food (canned or dried, any kind)
– Sturdy Rubber Chew Toys
– Soft, Squeaky Dog Toys
– Paper Towels
– Sanitizing Wipes
– Crates and Carriers: All Sizes, New or Gently Used

• 10/17 End of Quarter 1.  Complete & submit all missing work to your teachers.
• 10/22 First Bulldog Writes, 90-minute school-wide writing prompt, periods 2&3.
• Mon. 10/27: Wear Red (lanyards & report cards distributed)
• Tues. 10/28:  Mix-It-Up Day (backwards, inside-out, mismatched clothes), 6:30 IB @ LOLHS
• Wed. 10/29: Buddy Up Against Drugs (Twin Day)
• Thurs. 10/30:  “Team Up” Against Drugs (collegiate team attire), 6:30 IB @JLMS
• Fri 10/31:   Spirit Day, Fall Fest, 6:30 IB @TEWMS
