Pascofit is a continuation of the original HWI Program incentive payments. HWI participants who complete the annual VHP and follow-up are eligible for a $150 incentive reward.
PREPAID CARD PROVIDER!
The District’s Health and Wellness Incentive (HWI) Program is currently utilizing NetSpend prepaid cards. Incentives will post to the NetSpend cards.
These cards will be branded with the Pasco Go Healthy program logo, and will be mailed to the physical address on file with the Health and Wellness Centers (HWC). CLICK HERE to update your mailing address with the HWCs.
Please note, the money you earn through this program may be used however you see fit; there are no stipulations.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
New Card Distribution
New prepaid cards will be issued to HWI Pascofit participants during the quarterly payout which corresponds to their annual VHP and Follow-up completion dates.
Activating Your Card
When activating your card, you will be asked to verify your address. Please provide the physical address your card was mailed to.
NetSpend does not accept PO Boxes.

Save Your Card!
Even if you have a zero balance, please hold on to your new card. They will continue to be used in future incentive programs.
Use Your Funds!
An inactivity fee will be charged to cards after 90 days of inactivity. This is only applicable to cards that have money left on them.
If you do not have money on your card, you will not be charged an inactivity fee.

If you have questions or issues with your new prepaid card, please call NetSpend’s customer service line at 1-877-562-2235.
There is no fee for calling Customer Service (automated or live agent) for inquiries, including for balance inquiries.
Cardholders may also access their account information using the Online Account Center at www.MyNetspend.com.
Participants enrolled in the Pascofit option will have the HWI rewards loaded onto their Visa prepaid card 4-6 weeks after the end of each quarter. Cards for new participants will be distributed approximately 4-6 weeks after the end of each quarter. New participants will have access to their funds once they receive and activate their Visa prepaid.

INCENTIVES FOR ADDITIONAL WELLNESS PROGRAMS – Applicable to the Pascofit Option Only
Participants may begin and complete up to two (2) wellness programs between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 and earn an additional $100.

- HWC wellness programs may be completed through a Health Coach via telephonically, electronically, or in-person
- These programs are assigned based on participant’s health needs and interests. Please see your HWC Provider to be enrolled.
NEW! Live webex seminars completed January -December 2021 may qualify for the incentive program.
- Attending two (2) webex presentations is equivalent to completing one (1) wellness program with a health coach ($50).
- Participants must attend the entire webex presentation to qualify for incentive credit.
- iQuit with AHEC – must contact Lisa Giblin to begin the confirmation process.
Participants must complete the VHP and follow-up appointments before they are eligible for the next incentive. The total possible incentive reward for these participants is $250.
BANK OF AMERICA CARDS WITH REMAINING BALANCES
Participants with money available on their prepaid cards from Bank of America (BOA) are encouraged to use those funds before the BOA card expires, as these funds will not be transferred over to the new NetSpend prepaid cards.
If you are unsure if you have a remaining balance, please call the number on the back of your BOA card and select the option to check your balance using the automated system.
Youfit is a health club focused on participants’ health. In addition to having a variety of equipment available, their encouraging and certified staff will be there to help make getting in shape as easy as possible, and motivate participants along the way. Membership includes unlimited access to all Youfit locations, unlimited guest privileges, and unlimited group fitness classes.
YOUFIT PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Participants enrolled in the Youfit option will receive their yearly membership 4-6 weeks after completing their follow-up appointment at the HWC. The membership may be redeemed at ANY Youfit location the participant chooses.

The Youfit membership is valued at the maximum incentive amount allotted for 2021. Participants enrolled in the Youfit option are not eligible to earn additional incentive rewards for completed wellness programs.
Peerfit is a community that helps people discover the best fitness classes and motivates them to attend and share. for anyone who seeks freedom from the typical workout routine, Peerfit is the easy, flexible way to customize a premium fitness experience. Peerfit allows participants to explore different types of workouts, discover new studios around town, add variety to their routine, and continually renew their motivation to get fit.
HOW IT WORKS
Participants enrolled in the Peerfit option will receive a set of 16 credits loaded to their account each month. These credits allow participants to take the classes they want at studios in Peerfit’s Premium Studio Network. Credits will automatically renew monthly. Participants who want to take more classes than the credits provided may purchase more credits when they need them.

PEERFIT PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Participants enrolled in the Peerfit option will receive their first set of 16 credits loaded to their account 4-6 weeks after completing their follow-up appointment at the HWC. These credits allow participants to take the classes they want at studios in Peerfit’s Premium Studio Network. Credits will renew automatically renew monthly. Participants who want to take more classes than the credits provided may purchase more credits when they need them.
Information on how to begin will be emailed to participants who elected the Peerfit option approximately 4-6 weeks after completing their follow-up appointment at the HWC.

The YMCA has locations in West, Central, and East Pasco County, as well as in the surrounding counties of Hernando, Pinellas, and Hillsborough. Employees would have access to all YMCA locations through YMCA of the Suncoast, Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA, and YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg.
In addition to gym access, membership at the YMCA includes unlimited group fitness classes and childcare.* Employees who choose the YMCA Buy-up option for themselves may choose to include family members on their plan, as well as additional services such as personal training and swimming lessons.
*Silver Sneakers program not included.
HOW IT WORKS
The District contributes a portion to an individual or family annual membership at the YMCA (up to $250 per year) for employees enrolled in the YFit Buy-up option. Employees must cover the remaining portion of the membership. Employees not able to cover the remaining portion may have access to financial assistance through the YMCA’s Financial Assistance Program. This program is a sliding fee scale designed to fit each individual’s financial situation.

Participants enrolled in the Yfit Buy-up option will receive a certificate to begin their yearly membership along with instructions on how to activate their membership 4-6 weeks after completing their follow-up appointment at the HWC. This certificate may be redeemed at ANY YMCA location in Pasco or the surrounding counties.
