Thank you, to all volunteers who helped at last Friday’s game. Also thank you for all the donated water and snacks for 3rd quarter. The band had a blast and are already looking forward to our next game this Friday which is an away game at Pasco High School. We will need volunteers to chaperone. We also have HOT Day which is this Saturday! If you are able to donate bottled water for this weekend it would be much appreciated!!

Here is an itinerary to help you plan for the away game:

Friday September 8th – Pasco High School Away Game

5:00pm – Students arrive at school with black socks and show shirt, chaperones meet in band room. Load the Uhaul with all our pit equipment, water, podium and drums.6:00pm – Leave for Pasco High School in 3 school busses7:30pm – Game starts8:30pmish – Halftime (our band performs first)3rd quarter – Students will be able to purchase concessions food(bring money)10pmish – Game over11pmish – Arrive at Hudson High School

HOT DAY INFO – Saturday, September 9th 

Things to bring and wear for HOT Day:

  • Khaki shorts (abide by school dress code regarding length)
  • Sneakers or Athletic shoes (no flip flops or sandals)
  • Hats and/or sunglasses are NOT permitted during halftime performance
  • Money for dinner at Raymond James Stadium 
  • Please read some of the restrictions for Raymond James Stadium (i.e. no cash for concession only credit card, and no bags allowed in Ray Jay) 10:00am – Meet at Hudson High School10:30am – Leave for USF11:30am – Arrive at USF and watch Heard of ThunderNoon – Join USF band for rehearsal2:00pm – Lunch at the field(provided)3:00pm – Leave for Raymond James Stadium 6:40pm – Watch the HOT Band take the field for Pre-Game7:00pm – Kick OffEnd of First Quarter – High School students begin moving to get ready for Halftime10:30pm – Move back to the busses11:00pm – Leave Raymond James Stadium12:00pm – Arrive at Hudson High School It’s going to be a great weekend!!
