Hello Everyone,
Thank you for making every effort to have your students at every rehearsal. One student falling behind can affect the entire ensemble’s progress and preparation. We truly appreciate your support! If transportation is ever an issue, please email. We have band parents willing to help with carpools so every student can make it to rehearsal. Our first away football game is this Friday at River Ridge High School and we’re excited to get out on the field and perform. Please review the game-day information and timing below. Next week is Senior Night and our woodwinds and brass will be providing 3rd quarter snacks.
Friday, September 18th – Away Football Game @ River Ridge High School
5:00pm – Band room opens
5:30pm – All band students in block formation on the practice field for warm-ups.
6:00pm – Load the U-Haul
6:30pm – Leave for River Ridge High School in 4 buses.
7:30pm – Game starts
3rd quarter – Students will be able to purchase concessions food(bring money)
10pmish – Performance after the game (due to Homecoming)
11pmish – Arrive at Hudson High School
