Thank you to everyone who came out to our parent meeting! We are so excited to kick off our first football game on Friday August 28, and we appreciate all the support you continue to give our students and the band program. It takes a team effort to make game nights successful. We will need help with concessions, student chaperoning, and transporting/hauling marching band equipment. We also appreciate donations of bottled water and third quarter snacks. We already had some water come in, thank you!!!!
August 28, Game-Day Schedule
6:00pm – STUDENTS will need to be on the practice field by 6pm. Band students will need to wear black socks, marching shoes, gym shorts and show shirts. Color Guard students will need to wear their black pants, and show shirt. (guard uniforms are on their way)
6:00pm – PARENT VOLUNTEERS – chaperons will meet the bandroom and we will let you know where help is needed. Volunteers for the concession stands go to the concession stands at the football stadium. THANK YOU!!!
7:30pm – Football Game– Starts at 7:30pm and usually ends around 10:30pm
8:00pm (approximately) – HALFTIME SHOW Epic Journey!!!– the band will perform NBC Mission Theme and Olympic Fanfare.
3rd Quarter Snacks – PERCUSSION and GUARD will be providing small snack-size treats such as individual bags of chips, cookies, candy, crackers, or anything else fun that you think our students would enjoy. We appreciate your help in keeping our students fueled and happy.

10:30pm – Game over and a good time to pick up your student from the game.
