Hi families,

We are off to an exciting year so far with the band program! There are some initial opportunities to volunteer coming up in September and October and we are hoping you can help where you are able. Remember, please be sure to apply to be a volunteer through Pasco county as an initial step if you haven’t already done so.

We need help with the following items at this moment:

• Pep band volunteers for the 4 football games, you can sign up using this link. Please note both the date and time because they are varied.
  • Pre-game dinners (setup, clean up and potentially food pickup)
  • Uniform (passing out shoes)
  • Equipment/water (making sure the kids have everything they need and that they stay hydrated)
• Help with coordinating pre-game meals
  • Reaching out to local businesses to ask for deals or donations of food
  • Connecting us with any local contacts you may have that could help with deals or donations of food
