Hello Explorer Families,

My name is Melissa Poth, and this is my 23rd year teaching Kindergarten at Trinity Elementary. I truly love teaching and can’t imagine doing anything else!

I graduated from the University of South Florida in 2002 and have lived in the area since 2001. Originally, I am from Miami, Florida, where much of my family still lives. They enjoy visiting us as often as possible.

My husband, Steven, and I have two daughters: Paisley, who is 11 years old and starting 6th grade this year, and Penelope, who is 7 years old and beginning 2nd grade at TES. Our playful pup, Pixie, completes our happy family of five!

I am looking forward to a wonderful school year, exploring new topics, and learning together!
