Exploring with Mrs. Cellura

A Little About Me!

I know you are wondering, who is this person that my child will spend most of his/her day with? My name is Cathy Cellura. This will be my 29th year of teaching. I am originally from Manchester, New Hampshire (GO PATS) and moved to Florida a week after getting married. At the end of October, I will be celebrating my 30th anniversary to my husband John Cellura III. We have two boys named Zachary and Nicholas who are just 14 months apart.  Zachary is 25 and is studying to be a pharmacist at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Bradenton.  Nicholas is 24, graduated from USF and was able to score an excellent job at USSA.  We are extremely lucky to have two very successful boys. We also have two dogs. Louis a shih-tzu and Stella a shih-poo. (I FINALLY have a little girl in the house.)
I have been teaching at Trinity Elementary since it opened 18 years ago. I am very excited about the upcoming school year. We will be exploring new topics and learning many new things. I am really looking forward to spending this school year with you and your child! Teaching is truly my passion—–I couldn’t think of doing anything else!
