Flat Stanley update. Your Flat Stanley should be at a friend or family members house having a fun filled vacation by now. You can let them know that Flat Stanley should arrive back at Trinity sometime between February 3-28. This will be the time that we will be learning about maps and geography.

Welcome Back !

We are excited to be back at school and ready to learn. We have some fun events coming up so please watch your child’s folder carefully.

Field trip forms have gone home and are due back on 1/14.

100th Day hat project – letter went home explaining project.

Flat Stanley should be at your door ready to travel with a friend or relative.

Please continue to monitor web page and check year at a glance and events sections for the second semester.

A busy week ahead…..

We will be adding in math, creating symbols in Social Studies and reviewing our power words.  Remember our class parties are this Thursday and the movie day is Friday. Send in a blanket and a water bottle just like you did last time.

Looking forward to a week full of learning and fun!

Holiday Footprints and Boutique this week!

Please bring in a new pair of shoes and socks to help out a child at a nearby school right here in Pasco County. They are due by Friday, Dec. 13. Thank you for your generous support in this charitable event.

The Holiday Boutique is this week. Your child will have 2 opportunities to shop if you are choosing to participate in this event. Your teacher should have e-mailed you or sent a note to let you know what two days you can preview and/or shop. If you do not know, please e-mail your child’s teacher to find out.

We hope to see everyone at Holiday Under the Lights.

Holiday Footprints is around the corner……

Each year our student council sponsors a special program for Pasco county students called Holiday Footprints. Our school collects brand new sneakers and socks for students at a local school who may only get new shoes one time a year. This is a very rewarding tradition. We ask that you consider picking up a new pair of shoes and a pair of socks while doing your holiday shopping. Great deals are often available – please just try to pick up a pair of shoes in your own child’s size. Shoes will be hand delivered by Ms. Batista just before the holidays.
