Dear Band Families,
What a fantastic winter concert we had! The students performed beautifully, and our raffle was a huge success. Thank you for your generosity and continued support. This weekend is our parade. We will need chaperones, so if you’re available, your help would be greatly appreciated. Due to updated security procedures for the parade, we will need to meet on Saturday at 4pm and be on the bus by 4:30pm. Our middle school friends will be joining us, making it an even more exciting parade for everyone.
This Weeks’ Events:
Thursday: Parade practice after school, 1:45-2:45pm
Saturday: 4pm meet at school wearing your band show shirt, marching shoes, and bring a Santa hat (we have extras). Decorate your instruments. We should be back by 8pm.
If you plan to stay for the parade, please arrange for your child to get a ride home from school. Usually traffic is really bad after the parade.
