Hope everyone was able to enjoy the Labor Day weekend! We are now in full swing of the marching season and the band is pushing ahead. This week’s football game has been rescheduled from Friday night to Thursday night, 7pm. We’ll have our rehearsal at 4:30pm, followed by pizza dinner and march over to the stadium at 6:30pm. This time brass will bring 3rd quarter snacks (coockies, chips, ect….) for Thursday’s game. If you can chaperone or work the concessions please email me and let me know. We will need about 20 volunteers. Thank you for your flexibility!!!
HOT DAY INFO – Saturday, September 10th
Please read some of the restrictions for Raymond James Stadium (i.e. no cash for concession only credit card, and no bags allowed in Ray Jay)
10:00am – Arrive at Hudson High School
10:30am – Leave for USF
11:30am – Arrive at USF and watch Heard of Thunder
Noon – Join USF band for rehearsal
2:00pm – Lunch at the field
3:30pm – Leave for Raymond James Stadium
6:40pm – Watch the HOT Band take the field for Pre-Game
7:00pm – Kick Off
End of First Quarter – High School students begin moving to get ready for Halftime
10:30pm – Move back to the busses
11:00pm – Leave Raymond James Stadium
12:00pm – Arrive at Hudson High School
