We are getting geared up for our Stereo of Stories concert and the students are getting very excited!!
Here are some last minute details:
Friday May 13th – Arrange to have big instruments picked up from Hudson HS to bring to River Ridge HS. All students must be in their concert attire when arriving at The Center of Arts at River Ridge HS. (guard uniform/black concert attire)
3pm – Color Guard members arrive at The Center for the Arts at River Ridge HS for dress rehearsal
5:30pm – Band students start arriving at The Center for the Arts at River Ridge for sound check
6:00pm – Symphonic Band sound check on stage
6:30pm – Auditorium opens for seating
7:00pm – Showtime!
*****RAFFLE****RAFFLE****RAFFLE**** We are going to have a RAFFLE bring money!!!
The raffle tickets will be sold at $5 each or 3 for $12. We will accept cash, check, or charge (Square available). The baskets will be on display in the lobby area and tickets will be sold before the concert begins.
#1 – Pamper Yourself Spa Basket: two (2) sponges, Himalayan Pink Salt Bath Salt, Aromatherapy Eucalyptus and Mint Shower Fizzies, Coconut and Hibiscus Body Wash and Body Lotion, Cucumber Face Mask, Soothing Lavender Foot Mask, Summer Breeze and Palm Trees Candle, two (2) Sally Hansen Hard as Nails polishes – “Heart of Stone” (pink) and “N-ice Rock” (blue), nail file, pumice stone with toe separators, and a $25 Bath and Body Works gift card;
#2 – Classic Car Care Basket: microfiber chenille two-sided wash and scrub sponge; ArmorAll spray bottles of glass cleaner, multi-purpose auto cleaner, ultrafine spray wax, and extreme tire shine; microfiber drying towel, car wash soap (1 gallon), 3-pack Summer Linen air fresheners, Scott Brand shop towels, and a $25 Wawa gift card;
#3 – Ice Cream You Scream Family Basket: four (4) glass waffle cone-shaped sundae/ice cream dishes, ice cream scoop, ice cream cones, hot fudge, caramel, walnuts, cherries, sprinkles, non-pareil sprinkles, crushed mixed nuts, and a $25 Publix gift card (for ice cream and whipped cream); and
#4 – Family Fun Night Basket: candy (plain and peanut M&Ms, Sour Patch Kids, Skittles, Raisinettes, Milk Duds, Whoppers, and Twizzlers), two (2) Orville Redenbacher’s Movie Theater Butter Flavor family-size popcorn tubs, two (2) Kernel Season’s popcorn seasonings – Garlic Parmesan and Nacho Cheddar, Pringles, Coke (1.25-liter bottle), Sprite (1.25-liter bottle), and a $25 Domino’s Pizza gift card
