As mentioned at our band parent meeting, we are in desperate need of board members. Next Monday September 19th after rehearsal we will hold a brief meeting to elect and induct our new board members. If you are interested in a position, please let me know. We are in need of the following positions:
Uniform Assistant – Help Mr. Ermatinger
Concession Manager – shall oversee all concession operations
Concession Chairs – shall participate in concession operations, including purchasing, contacting volunteers to staff events, and all other tasks that may deem necessary.
Secretary – shall record all meeting minutes and make available all information important to members and interested parties.
Treasurer – The treasurer shall receive all monies at the Band Booster, keep and accurate record of all receipts and expenditures and disburse funds. The Treasurer shall present a financial statement at every general meeting.
Thank you to all chaperones and concession volunteers. It has been fun getting to know you. It would be fantastic to get more help with the booster board and I look forward to learning of new ideas and expertise.
