Hello Everyone!
Thank you, to all volunteers who helped at last Fridays game. Also thank you for all the donated water and snacks for third quarter. The band kids had a blast and are already looking forward to our next game Friday, September 2nd. Please let me know if you can volunteer at cadams@pasco.k12.fl.us
Here is an itinerary to help you plan:
Friday September 2nd
5:30pm – Students arrive at school with black socks and show shirt, chaperones meet in band room
6:00pm – Students will be suiting up for the game and loading the equipment truck.
6:30pm – We will leave for Gulf High School in 3 school busses
7:30pm – Game starts
8:30pmish – Halftime (our band performs first)
3rd quarter – Students will be able to purchase concessions food
10pmish – Game over
11pmish – Arrive at Hudson High School
Here is an itinerary for HOT DAY, September 10th, 2022
Chaperones, bring a lawn chair and if you have a canopy that would be AWESOME!! We will be sitting on the side lines while the band rehearses and it get HOT in the sun.
10:00am – Arrive at Hudson High School in Khaki shorts or pants (students) and label your instrument case with your name. Bring an ID. Chaperones will fill coolers with water and ice.
10:30am – Leave for USF
11:30am – Arrive at USF and watch Heard of Thunder
Noon – Join USF band for rehearsal
2:00pm – Lunch at the field
3:30pm – Leave for Raymond James Stadium
6:40pm – Watch the HOT Band take the field for Pre-Game
7:00pm – Kick Off
End of First Quarter – High School students begin moving to get ready for Halftime
10:30pm – Move back to the busses
11:00pm – Leave Raymond James Stadium
12:00pm – Arrive at Hudson High School
