Hello Everyone,
Our first football game performance is this Friday. We’ve been working hard and are very much looking forward to premiering our Bruno Mars Show! We need volunteers for the concession stand, and chaperones for Friday’s game. If you are available please use the following links: Chaperone, Concession Stand, and JV Football Game Concessions. Itinerary for Friday, August 23 (SENIOR NIGHT)
6:00pm – STUDENTS will need to be on the practice field by 6pm. Band students will need to wear black socks, marching shoes, gym shorts and show shirts. Color Guard students will need to have their black flats or shoes, black plants, and show shirt. (guard uniforms are on their way)
6:00pm – PARENT VOLUNTEERS – if you are chaperoning meet in the band room and we will let you know where help is needed. If you are working the concessions go to the concession stands at the football stadium. THANK YOU!!!
7:30pm – Football Game– Starts at 7:30pm and usually ends around 10:00pm
8:00pm (approximately) – ALL SENIOR PARENTS should meet by the end zone, where the band warms up for halftime. After the halftime show, seniors will meet up with their family members and walk down the football field to be recognized.
8:00pm (approximately) – HALFTIME SHOW – the band will perform Runaway Baby.
3rd Quarter Snacks – This is a tradition the band looks forward to each year! For this football game BRASS will be providing snacks (chips, cookies, ect.) for the band to enjoy during 3rd quarter. Bring your snacks either to the band room during the week or to the concession stands on game day. Thank you!!
