Hello Everyone,
We had a very fun Atlanta Band trip, and I want to thank everyone that helped!! The band students made great memories and we brought home 2 huge trophies! One 1st place trophy, and an Overall winner trophy!!! I really hope you can make it to our concert it is going to be FANTASTIC!! Here are some details for our final band events of the year.
May 12th – Leadership Auditions after school
May 18th 7:00pm Band Awards Nigh at Hudson High School Gym (semi-formal dress)
Everyone is invited to our huge potluck feast to be followed by awards. We will also announce our leadership for next year, and our halftime show!! To make sure we don’t have too much of something we will divide up who will bring what for our feast. If you have a signature dish you would like to bring, please do!!
Percussion/Guard – Bring salads, and or appetizers.
Brass – Bring entrees, sides and or vegetables.
Woodwinds – Bring desserts and or beverages.
May 22nd 7:00pm Spring Concert @ River Ridge High School
Students will need to be at River Ridge High School at 6pm in their black concert attire or red jazz attire. Arrange to have big instruments picked up from Hudson HS to bring to River Ridge Performing Arts Center. Showtime at 7pm, you won’t want to miss this!!!
