Field Expenses (New Tampa Community Park) – This year league dues include field usage (lights included) ,officials, and payment for a vendor we are using to keep a league website and make the schedule (amongst other things). Each team must send me the payment amount listed below along with the required paperwork. WE HAVE NO LEAGUE INSURANCE as the City of Tampa does not require it.
Fee Breakdown for 2025 Season:
$12.00 per team Vennmoed to me @Christopher-Loth-2…If you do not have Venmo, please send through the courier (I paid the fee upfront to a company (Quickscores) to maintain a league website, make the schedule, etc….It is $120.00 for the season).
The City of Tampa charges us $27.00 per team PER game for every regular season game (one umpire) we play and $33.00 for every playoff game (two umpires). **For 2024 the city informed me we may not be able to get 2 umps for playoffs so we are only going to be charged for 1 ump. He is still going to try and get them when the time comes). I have the breakdown below:
1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 2/7, 2/21, 2/28, 3/7, 3/28, 4/4*, 4/11* (* = possible rain dates)
Weeks 1 – 6 Regular (5 games per night) = $1,620.00 Week 7 (1st week of playoffs, 6 games) = $324.00 Week 8 (2nd week of playoffs, 3 games) = $162.00
-Total (including officials) = $2,106.00/10 Teams = $210.60 per team made out to City of Tampa –Please send check for that amount (along with all paperwork), to me at KRAI via the school courier (allow 3-4 business days of lead time for the courier to arrive by due date) to be me before Thanksgiving break. Some people prefer to drop off to me at my home and that is fine, just text me for the address and make sure I have in hand before Thanksgiving break begins. Each captain will receive schedule when all payments have been received.
