Placing a Tech Help Ticket

Please include the following items when placing a Tech Help ticket:

  • Your name

  • Your room number

  • Your phone extension

  • A detailed explanation of the problem you are having and all the steps you have taken to correct the problem. Mention any applications, software, specific equipment, etc.

    I’m not receiving any email with the Outlook application. It worked yesterday. I checked my mail using the Office 365 and I’m able to receive today’s mail with it, but Outlook is just showing mail dated yesterday and earlier. I tried restarting my computer with no luck.
