\nThank you so much to everyone who has volunteered and donated bottled water and snacks-we truly appreciate your support in keeping our students energized and ready to perform.
\nThis Friday, September 5, we will be traveling to Cypress Creek High School for the football game.
\n Since this is an away game, please note the following schedule:<\/p>\n
FRIDAY, September 5<\/strong> We are also in need of parent chaperones for this Friday\u2019s game. If you are available to help ride the bus, assist students, and support the band throughout the evening, please reach out and let me know at cadams@pasco.k12.fl.us It would be a huge help!<\/p>\n Looking ahead, we will be holding an informational meeting about the New Orleans trip on Wednesday, September 11, at 7pm. \n4:30pm \u2013 Band room opens
\n5:00pm \u2013 students will need to be on the practice field in block formation by 5pm.
\n5:30pm – Load the Uhaul with all our pit equipment, water, podium and drums.
\n6:00pm – Leave for Cypress Creek High School
\n7:30pm \u2013 Game starts
\n3rd quarter \u2013 Students will be able to purchase concessions food(bring money)
\n10pmish \u2013 Game over
\n11pmish \u2013 Arrive at Hudson High School <\/p>\n
