Hello Everyone,
\nThis Friday marks the first football game of the season and
\nit\u2019s also Senior Night. We\u2019re in need of parent volunteers to help make the
\nevening run smoothly and to support our students. Here is a link to become a registered
\nvolunteer: https:\/\/www.pasco.k12.fl.us\/comm\/page\/volunteer<\/a>
\n. \u00a0We\u2019ll also be organizing third-quarter
\nsnacks for the band. In addition, we are asking for bottled water donations to
\nkeep our students hydrated throughout the game.\u00a0
\nWe also want to share an update about the upcoming HOT Day\u00a0event.
\nThe new due date for payment is this Friday, and the price has been reduced to
\n$50 dollars (refunds of $15 dollars will be issued to those who paid). This fee
\ncovers both the ticket to the USF vs NC State, and transportation to and from
\nRaymond James Stadium. <\/p>\n

Itinerary for Friday, August 22 (SENIOR NIGHT)<\/strong><\/p>\n

6:00pm \u2013 STUDENTS<\/strong>\u00a0will need to be on the practice
\nfield by 6pm. Band students will need to wear black socks, marching shoes, gym
\nshorts and show shirts. Color Guard students will need to wear their black
\npants, and show shirt. (guard uniforms are on their way)
\n
\n6:00pm \u2013 PARENT VOLUNTEERS\u00a0\u2013 chaperons<\/strong> will meet the
\nband room. Volunteers for the concession<\/strong>
\nstands\u00a0go to the concession stands at the football stadium.\u00a0 THANK YOU!!!<\/p>\n

7:30pm – Football Game\u2013<\/strong> Starts at 7:30pm and usually
\nends around 10:30pm<\/p>\n

8:00pm (approximately) \u2013 ALL SENIOR PARENTS<\/strong>\u00a0will meet in
\nthe end zone where the band warms up before halftime. Our seniors will walk
\nwith their family members down the 50yrd line and be recognized before the
\nhalftime show.<\/p>\n

8:00pm (approximately) \u2013 HALFTIME SHOW HALLOWEEN!!!<\/strong>\u2013 we will perform our first song Thriller.<\/p>\n

3rd Quarter Snacks\u00a0\u2013 BRASS and WOODWINDS<\/strong>\u00a0will be
\nproviding snacks (chips, cookies, ect.) Bring your snacks either to the band
\nroom during the week or to the concession stands on game day. Thank you!!<\/p>\n

10:30pm – Game over <\/strong>this is a good time to aim to
\npick up your student from the game.<\/p>\n

\n8\/29 \u2013 Guard and Percussion
\n9\/12 \u2013 Brass and Woodwinds
\n9\/19 \u2013 EVERYONE (Middle School Band Night)
\n10\/3 \u2013 Guard and Percussion<\/p>\n

\nyou Friday night as we celebrate our seniors and cheer on the team!
