Hello Everyone,<\/p>\n
We are entering the final stretch of marching season and the band is finishing strong! Thank you, parent volunteers who have been sweating in the concession stand and moving our equipment and keeping our students safe and hydrated in the stands. We only have 2 more rehearsals till our MPA and 100% attendance is crucial for the final push to a Superior. Monday, October 31st we will start at 3:45pm and end at 6:15pm to accommodate our trick-or-treating band students. Here are some details for our final marching events:<\/p>\n
October 28th \u2013 Away Football Game @ Anclote High School (need chaperones!!)<\/strong><\/p>\n 5:30pm \u2013 Students arrive at school wearing black socks and show shirt, chaperones meet in band room November 4th \u2013 Home Football Game \u2013 Band Middle School Night (need chaperones!!!)<\/strong><\/p>\n Hudson Academy Band and Crews Lake Middle School Band will be performing with us in the stands during the football game. THANK YOU sooo much for all the donated water and snacks this season!! This week it\u2019s percussion and guard turn to bring snack for 3rd quarter. We will need lots of snacks for the middle school band students!!!<\/p>\n November 5th \u2013 Marching Performance Assessment @ Pasco High School (need chaperones!!)<\/strong><\/p>\n This is the BIG event we have been working for since July! Bring your cowbells, rattles and posters to cheer on the band as they take the field! The boosters will be providing lunch for the band. At the event concession food will be available for purchase, be sure to bring money for dinner. <\/p>\n Itinerary for Saturday, November 5th<\/strong><\/p>\n 10:00am – Dress Rehearsal November 9th \u2013 Jazz Band Gig @ Starkey Ranch K-8 for a Veterans Day event <\/strong><\/p>\n Our Jazz Band has been invited by the Pasco County School District to perform for a Veterans Day function. We will meet at Starkey Ranch K-8 at 5pm to set up and will be playing from 6pm \u2013 6:45pm. This year our students selected to wear a button up red shirt with black tie and black dress pants. The red will be the same shade as the Hudson HS red.
