Implementation Date:\u00a0<\/strong>October 27, 2016<\/p>\n Reminder Options:\u00a0<\/strong>Patients will now choose how to receive appointment reminder by Text, Email, Both or No Reminder. (See screenshots below for examples) The process for making an appointment has not changed.<\/p>\n Defaults:\u00a0<\/strong>If patients have not yet used this reminder functionality, it will default to email the same as the current reminders.
