About Me

I’m so happy to be working with the wonderful students and staff at Land O’ Lakes High School.  A little about me: I have a degree in School Social Work and began working in the career counseling field about 17 years ago and have experience working with both students and adults, as they identify and seek a career path.  We offer many services for students and families in the Career Resource Center (Room 803B) such as career exploration and assessments, ACT/SAT information and waivers, Military recruiter access, job shadowing opportunities, and college visits.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me (email, Twitter: LOLHS_CRC, by phone, leave a comment here or see me in person) with any questions you may have.  I look forward to another great year at LOLHS.  GO GATORS!

Hi Ms. Colon I was sighing up to take SAT in November and was wondering how do I get accommodations for the test. Thank You.

    • College & Career Resource Center says:

You have to request the accommodations through the CollegeBoard website and they will need to approve your request.

Can you tell me who is the person in charge of the community hours that the students do? Because my daughter has the document of the hours she has been doing and needs to give it to the person in charge.

    Thank you
