HIGH IMPACT INSTRUCTION

Increase in staff professional development and implementation of high yield research based instructional practices.

  • Push-In PD on Marzano elements for increased instructional rigor.
  • PLC weekly communication and feedback system integrating technology.
  • Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) Planning for Implementation.
  • New Teacher Induction/Mentoring Program for teachers who are new to the profession, new to Pasco, or new to FHS.

Continuous utilization of student data to guide purposeful planning of rigorous lessons based on standards.

  • Data reflection with SBLT and regional staff at the end of each quarter.
  • PLCs Communication tool will reflect continuous monitoring of formative and summative data for planning purposes.
  • Monthly MTSS collaboration with grade level teachers, student services team and administration.

COLLABORATIVE CULTURE

Establish structures and monitor for increased positive culture and collaboration between staff and students.
