It’s wintertime, let’s give a cheer 

‘Cause soon the snowflakes will appear but 

Snoozy Snowflake’s feeling sad and blue,  

Snoozy Snowflake’s feeling blue. 

It’s wintertime, let’s shout hooray! 

The snowflakes all come out to play but 

Snoozy Snowflake, what is wrong with you? 

Snoozy Snowflake, poor Snoozy Snowflake. 

Snoozy’s copped an attitude 

She’s sleepin’ on the job and acting rude 

And we don’t know the reason 

‘Cause it’s our favorite season! 

Well, pretty soon there’ll be no doubt 

What Snoozy’s problem’s all about but  

Now it’s time for us to go 

So let’s get on with the SNOW

All right, all you flakes 

Have you got what it takes? 

Get out on the floor 

And let me show you what for! 

Mr. Frost says float down 

From the heavens,  

Then slide and glide 

Like seven forty sevens! 

There’s a snowstorm brewin’ 

And what are you doin’? 

Gotta shake your fluff 

Like a powder puff! 

Are you ready?  

To rock and roll? 

Cause it’s time for all flakes  

To spin out of control  

(Snowflakes)

Get flakey. 

Real flakey.  

Gotta whirl, gotta swirl 

All over town! 

Get flakey.

Gotta spin like a top around and ‘round 

Now cool it flakes!  

Oooo, that’s real nice.  

Now FREEZE like a block of ice!

Mr. Frost says hear those wind a-wailin’ 

Now the flakes are flailin’ 

Salin’ and a-hailin’ 

There’s a great big storm and it’s about to form. 

So do a wild and crazy dance like an avalanche! 

Are you ready? 

To rock and roll? 

‘Cause it’s time for all flakes to spin out of control!

3. Snow’s a No-Show

Snow’s a no show, snow’s a no show,  

Oh, what are we gonna do? 

Old winter’s calling, but snow’s not falling 

And we’re feeling sad and blue  

Snow’s a no show, snow’s a no show,  

And we haven’t got a clue 

The winds are blowin’, but snows no showin’,  

And there’s’ nothing much to do. 

We can’t build a snowman 5 feet high  

Or go sledding on our sleigh 

Where’s that fluffy stuff fallin’ from the sky? 

When can we go out and play? 

Snow’s a no show, snow’s a no show,  

When will snow be on its way? 

Snow, snow, where did you go? 

Please send us some snow today! 

4.I Don’t Want to be a Snowflake!

I don’t want to be a snowflake and just follow the crowd.  

Don’t want to sing soft, I want to sing loud.  

Being different, can’t you see,  

Is what I want to be! 

(Snowflakes)

She doesn’t want to be a snowflake and just follow the crowd. 

She doesn’t want to sing soft, she wants to sing loud. 

Being different, we can see, is what she wants to be! 

So come on, Snoozy, join our troop! 

We’re a cool and friendly group! 

Why dont you want to be like us?

Cause being different is a plus!  

What’s the point of doin’ all the things that others do? 

I just want to be me, I don’t want to be you! 

Being different, can’t you see, will be my specialty.
