Dear Band Parents,<\/p>\n

For the first time in over 10 years our Jazz Band and Percussion Ensemble will be performing at State Solo & Ensemble. In addition, a trombone quartet and nine soloists have also qualified. I couldn’t be more proud of these students and their hard work. Here is some information for you:<\/p>\n

State Solo & Ensemble – Thursday, March 19th<\/strong>
\nSeminole High School, Sanford Fl<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Students must provide their own transportation to Seminole High School: 2701 Ridgewood Ave., Sanford, FL 32773<\/a> Please plan travel time carefully and arrive early (traffic is always unpredictable). If you still need a ride please let me know. <\/p>\n

Percussion Ensemble members<\/strong> should meet in the cafeteria at 9:30am and wear your black concert attire. We will perform at10:30am and everyone is invited to come watch and support. <\/p>\n

Jazz Band members <\/strong>will meet in front of the auditorium at 11:30am. Our warm-up time is 12:30pm and our performance is at 1:00pm. Everyone is invited to come watch and support. <\/p>\n

Students performing solos or ensembles<\/strong> should plan to arrive at least one hour before their scheduled performance time, to allow time for warm-up and check-in. Performance times are posted in the band room.<\/p>\n
