The band had a blast and are already looking forward to our next game this Friday which is an away game at Gulf High School. We will need volunteers to chaperone. \n5:00pm \u2013 Band room opens
\n5:30pm \u2013 students will need to be on the practice field in block formation by 6pm. Band students will need to wear black socks, marching shoes, gym shorts and show shirts. Color Guard students will need to have their black flats or shoes, black plants, and show shirt. (guard uniforms are on their way)
\n6:00pm – Load the Uhaul with all our pit equipment, water, podium and drums.
\n6:30pm – Leave for Gulf High School in 3 school busses
\n7:30pm \u2013 Game starts
\n8:30pmish \u2013 Halftime (our band performs first)
\n3rd quarter \u2013 Students will be able to purchase concessions food(bring money)
\n10pmish \u2013 Game over
\n11pmish \u2013 Arrive at Hudson High School <\/p>\n
\nThings to bring and wear for HOT Day:<\/strong>
\n\u2022\tKhaki shorts (abide by school dress code regarding length)
\n\u2022\tSneakers or Athletic shoes (no flip flops or sandals)
\n\u2022\tHats and\/or sunglasses are NOT permitted during halftime performance
\n\u2022\tMoney for concessions at Raymond James Stadium
\n\u2022\tPlease read some of the restrictions for Raymond James Stadium (i.e. no cash for concession only credit card, and no bags allowed in Ray Jay) <\/p>\n
\n10:00am – Leave for USF
\n11:00am \u2013 Arrive at USF and watch Heard of Thunder
\nNoon \u2013 Join USF band for rehearsal
\n2:00pm \u2013 Lunch at the field(provided)
\n3:00pm \u2013 Leave for Raymond James Stadium
\n6:40pm \u2013 Watch the HOT Band take the field for Pre-Game
\n7:00pm \u2013 Kick Off
\nEnd of First Quarter \u2013 High School students begin moving to get ready for Halftime
\n10:30pm \u2013 Move back to the busses
\n11:00pm \u2013 Leave Raymond James Stadium
\n12:00pm \u2013 Arrive at Hudson High School <\/p>\n
