Only one week away from our first football game! We\u2019ve been working hard and can\u2019t wait to premiere our halftime show Class Act Blackout! We need volunteers for the concession stand, and chaperones for the game. If you are available, please email Rose Rogers\u00a0roserogers@tampabay.rr.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Follow this link to become a parent volunteer for Pasco County Schools\u00a0https:\/\/www.pasco.k12.fl.us\/comm\/page\/volunteer<\/a>\u00a0(must be done every year) We are also in great need of bottled water.<\/p>\n

Here is a breakdown for Friday, September 1st<\/u><\/p>\n

6:00pm \u2013 STUDENTS<\/b>\u00a0will need to be on the practice field by 6pm. Band students will need to wear black socks, marching shoes, gym shorts and show shirts. Color Guard students will need to have their black flats and show uniform.<\/p>\n

6:00pm \u2013 PARENT VOLUNTEERS<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 if you are chaperoning meet in the band room and we will let you know where help is needed. If you are working the concessions go to the concession stands at the football stadium.\u00a0 THANK YOU!!!<\/p>\n

7:30pm – Football Game<\/b>\u2013 Starts at 7:30pm and usually ends around 10:00pm<\/p>\n

8:00pm (approximately) \u2013 ALL SENIOR PARENTS<\/b>\u00a0should meet by the end zone, where the band warms up before halftime. After the halftime show, seniors will meet up with their family members and walk down the football field to be recognized.<\/p>\n

8:00pm (approximately) \u2013 HALFTIME SHOW<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 the band will perform Back in Black.<\/p>\n

3rd Quarter Snacks<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 This is a tradition the band looks forward to each year! During our home games students enjoy snacks during 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0quarter. For this football game\u00a0the brass and woodwinds<\/b>\u00a0will be providing snacks (chips, cookies, ect.)\u00a0We will need a good amount of snack due to Gulf High School Band will be joining us for this game. Bring your snacks either to the band room during the week or to the concession stands on game day. Thank you!!<\/p>\n
