Thank you, to all volunteers who helped at last Fridays game. Also thank you for all the donated water and snacks for third quarter. Here is an itinerary to help you plan:<\/p>\n
Friday September 2nd <\/strong><\/p>\n 5:30pm \u2013 Students arrive at school with black socks and show shirt, chaperones meet in band room Here is an itinerary for HOT DAY, September 10th, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n Chaperones, bring a lawn chair and if you have a canopy that would be AWESOME!! We will be sitting on the side lines while the band rehearses and it get HOT in the sun.<\/p>\n 10:00am \u2013 Arrive at Hudson High School in Khaki shorts or pants (students) and label your instrument case with your name. \n6:30pm \u2013 We will leave for Gulf High School in 3 school busses
\n7:30pm \u2013 Game starts
\n8:30pmish \u2013 Halftime (our band performs first)
\n3rd quarter \u2013 Students will be able to purchase concessions food
\n10pmish \u2013 Game over
\n11pmish \u2013 Arrive at Hudson High School<\/p>\n
\n10:30am – Leave for USF
\n11:30am \u2013 Arrive at USF and watch Heard of Thunder
\nNoon \u2013 Join USF band for rehearsal
\n2:00pm \u2013 Lunch at the field
\n3:30pm \u2013 Leave for Raymond James Stadium
\n6:40pm \u2013 Watch the HOT Band take the field for Pre-Game
\n7:00pm \u2013 Kick Off
\nEnd of First Quarter \u2013 High School students begin moving to get ready for Halftime
\n10:30pm \u2013 Move back to the busses
\n11:00pm \u2013 Leave Raymond James Stadium
\n12:00pm \u2013 Arrive at Hudson High School <\/p>\n
