Hello Everyone,<\/p>\n
We have our first football game this Friday. Not only is it an excited time for the kids but also our parent volunteers who will be working the new concession stand!!!! If you would like to volunteer for concessions, we will have a training session Thursday, 8\/26 at 6pm. We are still in need of someone to work the grill. THANK YOU sooo much for all the donated water. We still need more for this Friday\u2019s game. If you can donate please bring it to the band room.<\/p>\n
HOT DAY<\/strong> money will be due this Wednesday 8\/24 instead of Sunday 8\/21 (sorry for the confusion) Chaperones also will need to provide me with shirt size and payment of $50 dollars. Which will include: transportation, lunch, shirt, ticket to the game and fun, fun, fun!!!<\/p>\n Here is a breakdown for Friday, August 26th<\/strong> 6:00pm \u2013 PARENT VOLUNTEERS<\/strong> \u2013 if you are chaperoning meet William Ermatinger in the band room and he will let you know where help is needed. If you are working the concessions go to the concession stands at the football stadium and Stephanie Ermatinger will be there to help. THANK YOU!!!<\/p>\n 7:30pm – Football Game<\/strong>\u2013 Starts at 7:30pm and usually ends around 10:00pm<\/p>\n 8:00pm (approximately) \u2013 ALL SENIOR PARENTS<\/strong> should meet at the track before halftime for the SENIOR recognition ceremony after the band\u2019s performance.<\/p>\n 8:00pm (approximately) \u2013 HALFTIME SHOW<\/strong> \u2013 the band will perform their first song of the Green Day show, Holiday.<\/p>\n 3rd Quarter Snacks<\/strong>\u2013 This is a fun tradition where the students get to eat snacks. \n6:00pm \u2013 STUDENTS will need to be on the practice field by 6pm. Band students will need to wear black socks, marching shoes, gym shorts and show shirts. Color Guard students will need to have their black shoes, socks, tights and show shirt. Pit will need to wear dark jeans, marching shoes and show shirt which will be your uniform for the night.<\/p>\n
