Blake HS of the Performing Arts, The Great, Bethune Cookman University (B.A. M.Ed.) in Daytona Beach and The Illustrious Florida State University (M.A.M.Ed). He began teaching in 2008 at both Wildwood Middle and High school. A year later he moved to Ft. Pierce Westwood HS leading the band to Excellent and Superior ratings at several marching band festivals. After a successful stint in Ft. Pierce, Mr. Scott took a few months off from teaching to perform and tour with the Distinguished Men of Brass who were featured on America’s Got Talent Season 7. Since 2013 Mr. Scott has been the band director and has built the band program from 90 to 200 members. Every day he looks forward to working with the young musician of TEWMS, by helping them strive for greatness one rehearsal at a time.
