Pasco is thrilled to announce the QUEST Project! We are in the process of procuring a Local Instructional Improvement System (LIIS)/Student Information System (SIS). The QUEST project team is working toward district-wide implementation that began in June 2014. Pasco is hopeful that the benefits of the QUEST system will be seen and felt by all stakeholders at every level.

Florida envisions a student-centered school environment where every district in Florida is equipped with a Local Instructional Improvement System (LIIS) that meets stakeholder needs for access to and use of data to inform instruction in the classroom, operations at the school and district, and program evaluation. This implementation of the LIIS is required by the State.

An LIIS system includes an integrated solution incorporating, Curriculum, Learning Management System, Assessment, Professional Development and Data Analytics, which needs to work seamlessly with a SIS (Student Information System). To learn more about the requirements of the LIIS, select the LIIS section from the toolbar.

A Student Information System (SIS) is a unified software application that manages student information and records for an educational organization. This includes test scores, grades, credits, class rank, attendance, health records, demographic info, discipline, schedules, and academic history.

Please follow our website for updates and the status of the procurement and implementation. We will keep you informed at every stage and benchmark of the QUEST project.

We welcome and encourage questions, comments, or feedback throughout the phases.
